Yes. When you book Casa Uno or Casa Dos, the entire property is yours exclusively — pool, garden, kitchen, living areas, and all bedrooms. No other guests share the space during your stay. This is a core principle of Hyssop House, not an upgrade.

Yes, both casas can be booked simultaneously for very large groups or multi-family reunions. Each casa is booked separately on Airbnb. For a simultaneous booking of both, we recommend reaching out via the Hyssop House Facebook page first to coordinate dates and ensure both properties are available.

Both casas have shared beach access to Ligtasin Cove — a short walk along South Beach Road from the property entrance. Ligtasin is quieter and less crowded than the more commercial Batangas beaches, with clear, calm water ideal for swimming and wading.

Casa Uno is the original family beach house — rustic, provincial, and charming with old mango trees, wooden cabinets, and an authentic heritage atmosphere. It sleeps up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms. Casa Dos is a larger, more contemporary property with Mediterranean-inspired design — open-plan living, higher ceilings, a longer private pool, videoke system, piano, and accommodations for up to 20 guests in 4 bedrooms. Both are excellent; the choice depends on your group's style and size.

Yes. Both casas have private outdoor pools that are open 24 hours a day, available all year round. There is no curfew on pool use. The pools are privately fenced, so you can swim late without disturbing anyone.

No. Both Casa Uno and Casa Dos have a no-pets policy as listed on their respective Airbnb listings. Service animals may be accommodated — please inquire in advance via Facebook message before booking.

Yes. Both casas are equipped with a full kitchen including stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dining areas. You are welcome to cook your own meals. The proximity to Lian town means you can easily source fresh ingredients locally.

Hyssop House is located in Lian, Batangas — approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from Manila via SLEX and the Batangas South Luzon Expressway. By private car, head towards Nasugbu/Lian and follow coastal road signs for Ligtasin Beach. Detailed directions can be requested via Facebook message after your booking is confirmed.
