Casa Dos stands along South Beach Road off Ligtasin Cove — a Mediterranean-inspired beach house where the spaces ebb and flow with summer ease. Sand-colored floors, bleached wood panels, white-washed walls, and a long private pool framed by tropical palms. The vibe is open and effortless. If you are dreaming of the beach and gathering your group of up to 20, this is the casa for you.
Spacious master bedroom with AC split type, room-darkening curtains, wardrobe, and private ensuite bathroom. The neutral palette carries throughout the room — bleached timber furniture, crisp white linens, and soft grey pillows.
A bright secondary bedroom with two beds, AC, and full wardrobe. Monstera leaf wall feature adds a tropical accent to the white-washed room.

Hyssop House Casa Uno has been a family beach property for decades. It is the rustic, budget-friendly option amongst both casas — a charming, well-worn place that feels like coming home to your grandparents' house in the province. Old mango trees tower over the roof. Big wooden cabinets and a metal swing still bring child-like joy. Casa Uno is for those who don't mind stepping into the old provincial world.
The primary bedroom features a vintage iron bed, old wooden cabinet, work desk, and a view through the black steel-frame windows out onto the garden. The Talavera ceramic wall pieces, warm lamp, and rattan chair complete a room that feels genuinely lived-in.

Check-in begins at 10:00 AM. Check-out is no later than 2:00 PM. Self check-in is available with building staff assistance.
No pets allowed on either property. No parties or events beyond the guest group. No smoking inside the casas. Exterior security cameras are in operation on premises.
Both casas have shared access to Ligtasin Cove — a short walk along South Beach Road. The cove is calm, clear, and uncrowded compared to the more commercial beaches of Batangas.
